The P3M3™ Training Workshop shows how to use the Office of Government Commerce’s Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3™) to improve organisational performance.
The workshop demonstrates there is more to maturity modelling than certification. It provides delegates with a self assessment method and a framework for planning and measuring improvement initiatives.
