A New Zealand conference for a New Zealand audience

CC Learning is pleased to present the first ever New Zealand PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Gateway conference. This one day conference will focus on how these methods are being implemented and used in practice, plus how they will change in the future.

The conference will feature leading UK consultant practitioners Rod Sowden and Andy Murray, lead authors of the official OGC manuals for PRINCE2 and MSP and experts in the PRINCE2 Maturity Model (P2MM) and Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3). The agenda will include New Zealand case studies and an open forum.

Questions the conference will address:

  • What are the key learnings from other organisations which have implemented PRINCE2 and MSP?
  • What is new in MSP 2007 and what will change in PRINCE2 in 2009?
  • What are P2MM and P3M3 and how do they help?
  • How do Gateway reviews work, and what benefits do they provide?

Duxton Hotel
Wellington

Registration opens at 8:30 for a 9am start.

The conference will finish at 5:30, with optional drinks and dinner with the speakers in the evening from 5:30pm.
